Swiss Lead Pro aggregates business information from public sources (including local.ch and Google Maps) and provides tools for search, enrichment and export. The service is intended for B2B commercial use.

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activities carried out through your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

The Free plan includes 3 searches per month. Paid plans (Pro and Unlimited) are billed in advance monthly or annually and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Subscription page: access remains active until the end of the already-paid period. Except where required by law, payments already made are non-refundable.

• Do not resell or redistribute the data as a standalone database.
• Do not bypass plan limits, nor use unauthorized automation.
• Comply with applicable rules on commercial communication, in particular art. 3 lett. o UCA (Swiss Unfair Competition Act) and data protection rules.

Data comes from public third-party sources and may be incomplete or outdated. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose of the results.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid in the twelve months preceding the event. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of profit.

We may update these terms and will communicate relevant changes. Swiss law applies, with jurisdiction in Switzerland, unless different mandatory rules apply.
